Las Vegas Market 2025

Bringing the Best to Our Clients

At Via Design, we believe great interior design is about creating spaces that stand the test of time. It’s not just about following trends but selecting materials and furnishings that truly serve our clients’ needs and reflect their unique lifestyles. Our team—Sara, Isabelle, Tiffany, and Susan—attended the Las Vegas market this year to explore new products, strengthen vendor relationships, and curate thoughtful selections that align with each client’s vision.

What is Las Vegas Market?

Las Vegas Market (LVM) is a premier home and hospitality design trade show that showcases thousands of furniture, lighting, décor, and textile brands. Held twice a year, LVM is where industry professionals gather to discover new collections, connect with vendors, and anticipate design trends for the seasons ahead. Imagine three buildings full of 5+ million square feet of showroom space, buzzing with 50,000 attendees, and over 3,500 exhibitors. It’s an invaluable opportunity to experience the latest innovations firsthand and ensure that the selections we bring back meet the high standards and distinctive styles our clients expect.

Staying Ahead of Trends

Each market visit provides insight into the latest industry movements—whether it’s innovative materials, emerging color palettes, or fresh takes on classic styles. Our team doesn’t just follow trends; they analyze them, filtering out what’s fleeting from what has true staying power. Beyond just product selection, Las Vegas Market also exposed us to a distinct West Coast aesthetic—something not as commonly seen in the Midwest. Observing these design influences firsthand gives us new inspiration for how to incorporate fresh ideas into our projects back home.

Hands-On Product Evaluation

There’s no substitute for experiencing furniture and finishes in person. From testing the comfort of a lounge chair to assessing the craftsmanship of a custom table, our team ensures that the pieces we recommend meet our standards for quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Isabelle notes, “One of the biggest takeaways from this market was the opportunity to sit in the furniture we recommend to our clients. Seeing, touching, and experiencing these designs firsthand allows us to confidently bring selections back to them, knowing they look great and feel great too.” Meeting directly with reps also allows us to ask the right questions—whether about sustainability, lead times, or customization options—so that we can provide clients with the best possible solutions.

A Client-Focused Approach

While exploring the latest collections, our team always keeps our clients in mind. We note pieces that align with their unique styles, whether it’s a tailored and timeless sofa for a residential project or durable yet elegant furnishings for a commercial space. Our goal is to make the design process as seamless and thoughtful as possible, ensuring that every recommendation is not only current but also a perfect fit for each unique project.

Beyond the Showrooms: After Hours in Las Vegas

While our primary focus at Las Vegas Market is sourcing the best products for our clients, we also took time to explore the city’s vibrant atmosphere after hours. This year, our team dined at Vanderpump and The Bedford by Martha Stewart, both offering immersive interiors and thoughtful design details that sparked fresh inspiration.

A standout moment? Attending The Mentalist, where Isabelle was called on stage for a hypnotist act. A fun reminder that, like great design, perception shapes our experiences in unexpected ways.

Bringing It All Back to the Team

After returning from market, the learning doesn’t stop. Susan orchestrated a team-wide meeting for the rest of interior design team at our office, complete with a detailed PowerPoint presentation, to review key takeaways from LVM. This debriefing allowed our team to discuss standout pieces, emerging trends, and valuable vendor meeting insights. By sharing this knowledge internally, we ensure that our entire team is aligned and prepared to bring fresh, informed ideas to every project.

The Via Design Difference

Markets like LVM are exciting, but they’re also strategic. Our team doesn’t just browse; they collaborate, compare, and carefully curate selections that align with our design philosophy. Our conversations with vendors, the details we scrutinize, and the inspiration we bring back all contribute to a stronger, more informed design process.

By staying immersed in the design world, we bring fresh ideas, curated selections, and trusted expertise to every project. Whether we’re designing a home, office, or hospitality space, our commitment remains the same: to create interiors that are as functional as they are inspiring.

The pieces we bring back from market aren’t just about trends—they’re carefully chosen to fit your unique style and needs. Whether you’re envisioning a refined home interior or a thoughtfully designed commercial space, we’d love to collaborate. Let’s start the conversation—reach out through our website today.
