Kathy Egan Retires After 15 Years at Via Design

If you’ve ever made a call to Via as a client, a product representative, or as a friend you were most likely greeted by Kathy Egan. Since 2003, Kathy has been the face and voice of Via Design. Her knack for remembering, people, their families and travels has charmed staff and guests for the fifteen years she has been Via’s administrative assistant.

From new employees and major projects, to marriages and growing families of staff and industry partners, to the celebration of 25 years in business, Kathy can recount the special moments because she was a part of it all.

At the end of this month, Kathy will move on to retirement. She has big plans for her future: traveling, volunteering, and taking care of her grandchildren, Madelyn, Alivia, and Rylan. They are the unquestionable lights of her life. On her desk is a frame where she rotates photos of the three as they grow. Together, they enjoy swimming, hiking, the library, and just being in the company of each other.

Joining the team at Via is like stepping into a family, and like all past employees, there’s a continuation of friendship and support. We’re excited for Kathy. We wish Kathy joyful years filled with lasting memories like the ones she created during her time with all of us at Via Design.
